Refund & Cancellation Policy


The Vamaship cancellation and refund policy as under:

Cancellation of transaction:

Any shipment is eligible for a 100% refund if it’s cancelled within 6 hours of creation of booking or before the number of hours before pickup as shown below:

Air – 12 hours

Ocean – 72 hours

Truck – 24 Hours

Notice of Cancellation:

Any refund requests will be facilitated through emails to care@vamaship.com with the shipment number.

Refund Mode:

Refunds are issued through the same mode of payment through which the payment was received.

Refund Time:

The refund will be issued within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the refund request.
