Vamaship team

We're in a low-margin category and returns used to sting. Vamaship has honestly taken a lot of that pain off our plate—it's made a real difference for us.

One integration and suddenly every merchant on Instamojo could tap the full shipping stack. It was straightforward on our side, and the uptake spoke for itself.

What attracted us to Vamaship was their prompt, personalized service. What made us stay is their proactive issue resolution. What makes us recommend Vamaship is their willingness to take customer feedback seriously and keep evolving.

They're always our first port of call for logistics. They get e-commerce shipping, and when something wobbles, their team is on it—no radio silence, which matters when you're live with customers.

Partnering with Vamaship has worked really well for Eridani—they're on the ball with orders, deliveries land when we promise, and support picks up quickly. We've seen a clear lift in how smooth things feel day to day.

It's been 7+ years now. Tracking is there when we need it, deliveries mostly land on time, and they'll ping us if something looks off. That kind of steadiness is hard to find in logistics.

Good rates, and the panel is simple—everything important is right in front of you, not buried in menus. Seven years in we're still on them; that probably says enough.

We've been pushing 300+ orders a day through Vamaship for about three years—overall it's been solid. I've pointed more than 15 other businesses their way — I wouldn't send anyone to another aggregator.
