The workhorse for D2C orders — the same service your daily parcel flow runs on, booked in bulk or one at a time.

Surface B2B, appointment included
Dealer, distributor and marketplace-warehouse consignments move on the same account — including appointment deliveries, where the receiving warehouse expects a booked slot instead of a walk-in drop.

Reverse pickup, QC or Non-QC
On a QC pickup the courier matches the item against the image and description you supplied, checks the tags and confirms it’s intact before collecting. Non-QC skips the check. Both are customer-initiated — separate from RTO, where an undelivered shipment returns to you and stays trackable.

Step 3 Decide how returns come back
Book Reverse QC when the item should be verified against your image, description and tags before it leaves the customer, Reverse Non-QC when it shouldn’t. An RTO is a different thing again — a failed delivery coming home, tracked in its own right.
Step 4 Reconcile once
COD, freight and returns across all five services land in the same Vamaship reports, so finance isn’t stitching together exports at month end.
