NDD covers within-city and zonal lanes on surface, and goes by air for intercity, largely metro to metro — so the fast promise doesn’t stop at the city limit.
Outside the speed footprint the order still ships — standard surface B2C on the same account, no separate carrier to fall back to.
On a QC pickup the courier matches the item against the image and description you supplied, checks the tags are on, and confirms it’s intact — before it leaves the customer. Non-QC collects without the check.
Fashion, footwear and anything size-dependent live with return rates the rest of retail doesn’t.
